Plenty of Swan Valley venues are happy to host a family party with a castle on the lawn. They will usually want a certificate of currency for public liability — ours is $20M and we can send it straight through.
Rural and horse properties across the Swan Valley
Room is rarely the problem out here. We need about 6m x 5m of flat clear ground, mains power for the blower, and vehicle access to get the gear close. If the setup spot is well away from the house, mention it when you book so we can plan the power run.

Can you set up at a Swan Valley winery or function venue?
Absolutely, as long as the venue is happy to have us and there is flat ground and power. Most venues ask for a certificate of currency before the day — we carry $20M public liability insurance and can email the certificate to them directly.
We have horses on the property. Is that a problem?
Not at all, as long as the castle is set up well away from the paddocks and the blower noise is not going to unsettle them. The blower runs continuously, so we would suggest a setup spot near the house rather than close to the stables.
