We require a $50 deposit to secure your booking. The deposit is payable at the time of booking and is deducted from the total cost. The remaining balance is due on the day of delivery.

We recommend booking at least 2-3 weeks in advance, especially for weekend dates and during school holidays. Our popular themes tend to book out quickly, so the earlier you book, the better!

If there is heavy rain or strong winds forecasted, we will contact you to reschedule your booking at no extra cost. Safety is our priority, and jumping castles cannot be set up in adverse weather conditions.

We offer FREE delivery to all suburbs within a 15km radius of Perth CBD. For locations outside this area, a small delivery fee may apply depending on the distance.

All you need to provide is a flat, clear area of at least 6m x 5m for the castle. The area should be free from sharp objects, low-hanging branches, and overhead wires. We bring everything else needed for setup!

Setup typically takes about 20-30 minutes, and takedown takes around 15-20 minutes. We'll arrive approximately 30-45 minutes before your booking start time to ensure everything is ready to go.

Yes, all our bouncy castles are safety certified and regularly inspected. We are fully insured for your peace of mind and provide safety instructions and mats for the entrance/exit. We recommend adult supervision at all times while children are using the castle.

We measure it rather than guess. WorkSafe WA says an inflatable should be evacuated when gusts go over the manufacturer's limit, or over 40km/h where no limit is set, and recommends operators use an anemometer. We check gusts on site before handover, and every hire now goes out with a handheld wind meter that stays with you for the booking. We show you how to read it and the number at which everyone comes off and the castle gets deflated. There is no charge for shutting it down early.

We accept cash, bank transfer, and major credit cards. The deposit can be paid online, and the remaining balance can be paid on the day of delivery by your preferred method.
