    Water Slide Hire Perth

Beat the Perth summer with our 7m Aqua Rush inflatable water slide — delivered, set up, anchored and packed down by our team. $390 for 5 hours, free delivery within 15km, fully insured with $20M public liability.

There is a point every Perth summer — usually somewhere around the third 38-degree day in a row — where a jumping castle stops being the obvious choice for a backyard party. The kids last twenty minutes, then everyone retreats inside. A water slide solves that problem completely: it is the one piece of party equipment that gets better the hotter the day gets.

Our Aqua Rush is a 7m x 3m inflatable slide with a splash pool at the bottom and a non-slip climbing surface. It runs off an ordinary garden tap, sets up on flat lawn in about 30 minutes, and comfortably handles up to 6 kids at a time. Like everything we hire out, the price includes delivery, setup, anchoring, a safety briefing for whoever is supervising, and pack-down at the end.

We deliver water slides right across the Perth metro area — from the northern suburbs down to Rockingham and Baldivis, out through the eastern hills, and everywhere in between. Free delivery applies within 15km of the Perth CBD; further out, a small fee may apply depending on distance.

What You Need for a Water Slide Setup

A water slide asks slightly more of your backyard than a standard castle does — it is longer, and it needs water. None of it is complicated, but it is worth checking before you book rather than on the morning of the party.

    Space

Around 9m long by 5m wide of flat, clear ground. The slide itself is 7m x 3m; the extra allows for the splash zone at the bottom and safe clearance at the sides. Check for low branches, the clothesline and overhead wires while you are measuring.

    Water

A standard garden tap is all it takes. Tell us roughly where your nearest tap sits in relation to the setup spot when you book, and we will plan the run accordingly.

    Power

The blower runs continuously off a normal power point. Hosting at a park or on acreage where there is no power nearby? Read our guide to generators vs power points and give us a call — we will sort it out.

    Surface

Flat lawn is ideal — it drains, it is soft, and it pegs. If the only level space you have is paving, gravel or limestone, mention it when you book: we anchor differently on hard surfaces, and we would rather know in advance than improvise in your driveway.

    Water Slide Safety Rules

Water slides add two rules on top of the standard inflatable ones, and we go through both with your supervising adult at delivery.

One at a time, feet first, always. Nearly every water slide incident traces back to head-first sliding, or a second child launching before the first has cleared the splash zone. It is a simple rule and it does almost all of the work.

Keep the entry and surrounds dry. The lane and splash pool are wet by design; the climbing entry and the ground around it should not be. Keeping queue-jumpers off the wet exit area is the single most useful thing a supervising adult can do.

We carry $20 million public liability cover and can supply the certificate for any venue, school or council that asks for it. Our wind limit is 40km/h — above that, nothing gets set up. More detail in our safety guide for Perth parents.

    Water Slide or Jumping Castle?

The slide wins on a hot day with school-age kids. For under-fives, mixed-age groups or anything outside the warm months, a themed castle is the safer bet — and plenty of bigger backyards fit both.

Water Slide Hire Perth — FAQs

How much does water slide hire cost in Perth?

Our Aqua Rush water slide is $390 for a 5-hour hire, which includes delivery, professional setup, anchoring, the safety briefing and pack-down. Delivery is free within 15km of the Perth CBD. A $50 deposit secures your date and the balance is settled on the day.

What do I need to provide for a water slide setup?

A flat, clear area of about 9m x 5m, a garden tap the slide can run from, and a power point for the blower. The space needs to be free of sharp objects, low branches and overhead wires. Flat lawn is ideal — if your only level space is paving or limestone, let us know when you book, because we anchor differently on hard surfaces.

What age are water slides suitable for?

The Aqua Rush suits ages 5 and up, with up to 6 kids at a time. Younger children are usually happier on one of our standard bouncy castles — the pace of a water slide suits bigger kids better. For mixed-age parties, plenty of families hire a themed castle for the little ones and the slide for the older group.

Can I hire a water slide in winter?

You can, and we do hire year-round, but the bookings cluster between October and March for obvious reasons. If you are planning a party outside those months, a themed jumping castle from $330 is usually the better call — and it is far easier to get your first-choice date.

How far in advance should I book a water slide?

Earlier than you would for a castle. We only carry one Aqua Rush, so summer weekends and school holidays are the first dates to go. Two to three weeks ahead is fine for a quiet week; for December, January and February weekends, book as far out as you can.

What happens if the weather turns on the day?

If heavy rain or strong winds are forecast we will contact you to reschedule at no extra cost. Inflatables cannot be operated safely above 40km/h winds, so that call is never negotiable — but rescheduling is always free.
